Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership
The Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is ideal for those who supervise others and who are team leaders, having control over staff or resources. You may be working in kitchens, front of house, housekeeping, reception, or back office. It will equip you with the skills required. The topics covered include setting SMART targets, staff development, control of resources, health and safety and secure working environments, developing customer services and team building. You will also continue with your maths and English.
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade A-C, including English and maths. You must be able to commit to all aspects of the course
This apprenticeship is on a roll-on roll-off basis with starts every month.
