Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service

The Level 2 intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service is mainly aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognises that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.   It is particularly suitable for candidates who are in or applying for a customer service environment role providing service to customers.  You will study delivering customer service, understanding customers, general principles of customer service, understanding employer organisations and managing personal performance and development.


Entry requirements

A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade A-D, including English and maths. Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry is not essential however,   it is important to have a keen interest in cooking.

This apprenticeship is on a roll-on roll-off basis with starts every month.
