Intermediate Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery Course
The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery offers candidates the opportunity to gain all of the basic cookery skills and knowledge that are needed to produce a variety of dishes to a professional standard. This is a full time practical training course to develop candidates in the art and science of Professional Cookery, enabling them to work in the Hotel and Catering Industries. You will also continue to develop your English and maths skills. You may be exempt from functional skills if you have the appropriate grades in GCSE English and maths.
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade A-D, including English and maths. Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry is not essential however, it is important to have a keen interest in cooking.
This apprenticeship is on a roll-on roll-off basis with starts every month.
